CONTRACT AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
Non-acceptance of the order may be a result of one of the following:

- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
CONDITIONS OF SALE
All goods supplied are warranted to meet relevant statutory requirements related to food at the time of delivery and within the recommended shelf life of the product.
RETENTION OF TITLE
Until payment in full to the seller of the goods, the goods shall remain the property of the seller but the risk therein and the liability to third parties in respect thereof, shall pass to the purchaser on delivery.
If the goods shall be processed or mixed with any other goods, then the goods thereby produced shall be the property of the seller, either solely, or, if the goods are mixed with other goods the property which is retained by any other person or persons, jointly with such other person or persons in proportion to the cost prices to the purchaser of the goods and such other goods.
CLAIMS
Claims can only be considered where:
Damage - Nambarrie and / or its appointed carrier are notified in writing within 3 days of receipt.
Non delivery - Nambarrie are notified within 30 days of the web transaction.
Short delivery - Nambarrie are notified in writing 3 days of receipt.
If goods are signed for unchecked Nambarrie reserve the right to refuse any claim for short delivery.
USE OF SITE
The intention of this trading site is for consumer purposes and consequently Nambarrie reserve the right to decline orders over £500 in value.
